Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving transformation and performance excellence? We're looking for a Head of Corporate Strategy and Performance to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

• Location: Amman, Jordan
• Department: Strategy and Transformation
• Reporting to: Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute corporate strategies that align with our long-term vision
• Oversee strategic planning, feasibility analysis, and market research
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
• Implement the Balanced Scorecard framework to measure organizational success
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure strategic alignment
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth
• Engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders to enhance decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in corporate strategy, performance management, or business transformation
• Strong expertise in KPIs, OKRs, feasibility analysis, and market studies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic decisions
• Knowledge of digital transformation and how technology enhances strategy execution
• A passion for driving innovation, efficiency, and organizational excellence
