Requirements:
-Degree: Architectural Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
-Experience: 10 Years.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee headquarters renovations project, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
-Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability to unforeseen challenges are crucial.
-Monitor and report project progress, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
-Employ effective leadership and communication to motivate the project team and address issues.
-Contribute to the successful transformation of the organization's headquarters.
Working Conditions:
-Office based with field visits to bank sites.
-Requires a camera and computer/laptop with necessary systems.
Certifications:
-Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
Communication and Relationships:
-Daily oral/written communication with department officials and employees.
Communication with contractors, consulting companies, and relevant departments as needed.
Skills and Competencies:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
-Experience in project coordination, planning, management, and quantity surveying.
-Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and computer systems.
-Strong planning, organizing, analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
-Preferably, experience in construction, project tenders, contracts, real estate, and Jordanian codes and standards.
-Proficiency in English language.
-Ability to define project responsibilities and excellent communication skills.
